Easily the best LGS in the area. I’ve purchased a few firearms from Chester County Outdoors and each experience has been a pleasure. Each time I’ve had a few questions and they’ve been prompt and professional in all interactions, numerous emails, etc - they’ve even supported me finding a firearm that was unavailable online and they worked with their reps to procure for me. Fair prices, knowledgeable, and great customer care. Matt and team are top notch and are there to help you; Just ask! Can’t recommend enough if you have any needs.

Went into purchase a handgun, and after picking one out, Filled out the proper information for the paperwork, and the guy behind the counter asked me to pay for everything upfront while I waited for the paperwork to come back. Because of some unpaid tickets I had, it went into research mode, causing me to have to wait A couple days. 5 days go by and not a single phone call. I did try to reach out during that time period by calling the store, But they seemed extremely resistant to talk to me And gave me a different excuse for the delays each time I called. So when I go in to get my money back, I am told that They cannot give it back to me Until they receive a decision from the state which has a Maximum timeframe of 15 days. At the end of the 15 days, I no longer wanted the firearm and went into the store with My girlfriend to get my money back. There was a lady behind the counter and she was very helpful and was about to give me My refund which at this point I still haven’t gotten. Then out of nowhere A guy comes up and states that he had already talked to the owner and that the owner had decided to not to give me my money back. Confused and angry I decided to leave the store And will be following up legally. Don’t shop here, very shady and dishonest.
