Absolutely do not go here if you need to return something especially if you have the receipt. I returned three things in the lady was very rude and did not give me the option for it to go on the card or cash like they're supposed to and she put it on my card and it's been like 4 days and it's still not on my card and now my account is going to bounce because I needed that to pay for a bill that's why I wanted to cash so I could take it straight to my bank and it be right in my account. So I went back to the store showed them all the receipts and they pretty much told me that I was screwed and they absolutely did not give any craps at all and just went about talking about their wonderful lives and definitely was not very nice about it either but remember I have the original receipt and the refund receipt and the card that was used so even if you have all of that also including the stuff that was returned wasn't even open but with all of that you will get screwed so just for warning you.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. My wife and myself bought third party gift cards for our kids for Christmas from here on December 14, 2025. The cards were never activated correctly. When I was in the store December 26, 2025 Bob made a point to tell me he wasn't going to make it right, that it was not Wal-Mart's problem. I now have $255 worth of useless confetti instead of stuff for our kids. Contact phone numbers are no help, Wal-Mart customer don't care department is no help. And the day after I was given a case number, one younger dark haired girl at the "customer service", if you can call it that, desk started to get very snotty, until another person, whom I am assuming, has a higher position, told her to back down. Almost 2 months have gone by. This is completely unacceptable by any stretch of the imagination.
