Worst auction house in Central pa went yesterday for the first time in about 7 years. Because buddies of mine invited me and you can't understand any of the auctioneers. I have been to 1000s of auctions and have never heard an auctioneer tell the crowd to use their inside voices . It wasn't even loud. If you are new especially in collectable room they will not look your direction.They have their favorites and regulars they look to and close the price fast when it's a regular to keep them happy. There are alot of great local auction houses in central PA but this isn't one of them.
WOW - 4 truckloads of stuff and 349... you take 35% do no marketing and expect. Don't bother giving them anything - give it to charity - it isn't worth the trouble. They expect to get 35% and get $20 for a $1500 bookcase... NEVER use this people
