They do have pistols you can rent and ammo you can buy, but if you have your own gun and ammo or your friend does, you just need to buy targets.

If it's your first time going here, go 20 minutes early, there is a video they will have you watch about range safety.

There is not a gun license. You may be talking about a Concealed Carry Permit. You can get that at your county Sherriff.

30min and 2 targets is 16 - 17 bucks. The 6th time you go is 1hr free! They rent pistols. Dont know the price. You have to buy their ammo if you rent.

They have a decent selection of targets. From standard circles to fun stuff like a carnival shooting gallery. 
Targets are about $2 each.

Last time I went I got a few different ones, but a single $2 target had 6 seperate "circle" targets on it.

Yes you can. You can shoot pistol caliber long guns any time we are open. You can shoot AR's on Wednesday's and Sundays.

I’m in PA for college from out of state and obviously I couldn’t bring any firearms, So I’d be looking to rent, I’m 19 and my question is would I be able to rent one just on my own or do I need a “legal guardian” with me.

You can shoot the rental gun but you will need someone 21 or older to rent the gun. We rent eye protection but not ear. There are ear plug and muffs for sale.

I'm not to sure about the age requirement. Being is in Pennsylvania you need to be 21 to buy a pistol. But I do know that you have to buy ammo off of them if you rent one of their pistols. So take that into consideration.
