I had such an amazing experience at Ace Hardware! My car key battery died early one morning while I had my baby with me, and I was completely stuck. I stopped by the store hoping for help, and they went above and beyond. They grabbed the battery I needed right away, let me pay quickly, and then sent me back to my car so I didn’t have to juggle everything with my baby. Not only that—they actually changed the battery for me, and brought the key right back to me. Their kindness and willingness to help in a tight spot meant more than I can express. I am so grateful for their customer service and the way they truly cared. Thank you, Ace Hardware, for saving my morning!

Great experience. Good prices. The young man that helped me (Noah or Noel?) I was confused about my purchases at the time and didn’t quite catch his name. He was amazing, very knowledgeable and with his advice I was able to go home and fix my problem! Great experience.
