I have always been treated by the staff fairly and never had problems. They have been in the Columbia area since the 1980's. I read a review about a phone call that didn't get the response They wanted
Both gentlemen were courteous and customer friendly. However, Larry does not offer in my opinion offer fair prices on gold. I will jot return there and have taken my business elsewhere.
