Horrible. We got our stuff it was completely damaged the owner laughed when we asked what was going to be done. Our item was damaged the items that were given with it when it was pawn was missing. Do not do business with these people at all.

Came in at 9:30 when it says they open the lady wouldnt open the door or answer the buzzer. I knocked she told me they open at 10 and left it at that. The sign clearly says 9:30. Someone else came in and she said the same thing claiming to be short handed. Yet no other worker even showed up in the 30 minute waiting period. The lady is absolutely rude, lazy, and incompetent. It's a pawn shop not walmart you only need one person who can actually do their job to make sales. If your hours are going to change you need to advertise that on your door even if its for a small time frame especially if business hours are posted on door. Get your shit together people.
