Friendly Pawn MURRELLS INLET - Hours, Reviews & Deals

We went to friendly pawn to sell some silver and gold since we needed some bread. The owner told us he is not buying silver because he doesn't make any money on it, has anyone seen the price of silver how high it is ? Speaking of high this place must be, he then offered me $250 on a 14k ring which weighs 8.5 grams, 14k for scrap today should have been around $60 to $78 for scrap, he offered $40 per gram. He then tried to tell me I was mistaken? Went to different store and they gave me $600, stay away from this place if you don't want to get robbed, its a shame a local business owner robbing the community he is supposed to support, because someone needs a leg up.

Upon first enter the store it was just as the name states a friendly shop, but upon finding out they are only buying guns and jewelry, the associates demeanor change drastically, when I informed they this would effect their business review. I have decided give this business 5 stars because, after they explained their reason. Why they are only doing certain types of business as a "PAWN Shop". I decided to increase from 1 star too 5 stars because they gave a valid reason due too the market and economy.
