We brought two Rolex watches in for a simple valuation. They took them to the back and handled them out of sight. A few hours later, my wife’s Rolex suddenly had moisture inside the dial. This was not there before and the watch has never been anywhere else. The only time the watch left our hands was when it was with them. There is no chance this happened randomly. Moisture intrusion is a direct indicator that the case back was opened and the main gasket was either damaged, not resealed, or completely overlooked. That is not an accident. That is careless work. I have photos that clearly show the before and after condition. I will be stopping by to give them the opportunity to fix the damage they caused. If they refuse, this review will stay posted along with the photos so other customers know the risk of trusting their watches here.
