I wish I could rate this place a zero. Staff looks at you when you walk in like you have two heads. Especially the bigger guy with glasses. I was going to pawn a gaming computer before I could even get to the counter and set it down he shut me down saying he won't take it. Which is fine it's just the way he went about it and in front of other customers. It was embarrassing. The customer service sucks. Will not be going back!!

Yes this place is horrible. I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years and the attitude is always rude. It’s always the same, the people stare like they don’t want you there, they act like they don’t want to be there. They treat customers with the most disgusting disrespect I have ever seen. The main manager ( bigger, meaner one ) , always judges people on first site and treats them accordingly . He lied to me about an item in question, then didn’t like how I responded ( I smiled politely ) so he called the cops on me as I was leaving …. He even yelled at me as I was walking out of the door, making everyone turn around and make it even more awkward . All I wanted to do was ask about a piece of jewelry . No respect towards anyone, no common decency , and no reason to go into this pawn shop . The item are outdated , overpriced and the same items that have been in there for 10 years. It’s completely inappropriate and unacceptable to treat customers the way they have treated me, over and over. It’s hasn’t gotten better over the years. There’s better pawn shops 👎 I did call and report his actions but no one cares. Just save your time and peace and go somewhere else. The people who work here have no education whatsoever . He even told me my 10k gold was fake… im allergic to fake gold . I have receipt and even took it 2 minutes up the road and sold it for 90$ . They are all selfish greedy fools! Unprofessional and just not sure what kind of business or scams they are trying.
