Bitly has provided me with excellent service until recently. Now, every attempt to log in fails. I see that they don't make it easy for a customer to obtain technical support, and at times, the system just fails openly. I did not want to file this complaint, but I have to ask: how long is it before Technical Support provides support? This morning, Bitly kept rejecting my login information, forcing me to make many password changes but none of them made a difference.
QR Code Generator by Bitly charged the annual fee (close to $200!) with NO 3-DAY EMAIL ADVANCE NOTIFICATION and NO RECEIPT for the charge. I tried to get a refund less than 24 hours after the charge, and I could only speak with AI Customer Service. I was told there was NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE and that was that. QRCG by Bitly should NOT BE TRUSTED. I am surprised at Bitly for this association.
