Walmart Supercenter ASHLAND CITY - Hours, Reviews & Deals

The Walmart delivery is horrendous. They took the order; took our money; processed the order, “delivered” the order, to the wrong address; drivers number disappeared after “delivery”; Customer Service would not pick up the phone, immediately after delivery to the wrong address, took an hour to get in touch with someone. Then we were told “they” don't know how to get in touch with their own driver, who are being outsourced apparently. Now Walmart will not make it right and re-deliver the order. “They” messed up in the first place. So now we are out of the money for 10 days. I guess gigantic corporations don’t have to be accountable, but I can guarantee if you were a day late on your Walmart credit card bill they would charge you a $25 late fee. Ridiculous.

Every time we do pickup or delivery we get short dated items. Like milk that say use by and it's for 2 days out. Recently got chicken that was 1 day out from use by date..so they need pickers to check dates.. On good note we got refunded but we were still out of dinner for next day and when your disabled and that's why you do delivery and pay for service it sucks when you can't go buy something to replace bad food. Makes walmart look bad.
