My daughter lost her check from 4h and their business and phone number are on the checks. I called to get a replacement check sent and Beth told me she left work early that day but the next day the check would be sent out, but she never took my information. I waited a few weeks and asked her again and was told that she forgot and again she wasn't at work again. I gave her my information and again she assured me she would get it in the mail. This went on for the next two months and she created excuse after excuse. She stopped answering my calls and would text me, each time saying she was going to mail the check out or that she already had. I never got my daughter's 4h check. Ive left voicemails and they never return calls. Very frustrating and poor business ethics.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful!!! I had my baby with me and Beth offered to carry my item out for me so I didn’t break anything. Will definitely be doing more bidding with them, thanks again!!
