We had taken our car in for service. It was busy as usual on a weekend day. Most of the workers were too busy or doing tasks to assist us. A nice young man by the name of Hayden noticed and asked if we needed help. He was amazing, and made a huge difference in our experience. Thanks Hayden...we'll be back because of you!!

I am writing to formally report an extremely upsetting and embarrassing experience I had at one of your Walmart locations recently—an experience that has left me unwilling to return to that store. While checking out, I was purchasing several clothing items that were clearly marked with markdown tags. However, at the register, the items rang up at a higher price. I calmly and respectfully informed the cashier that all of the items were marked down and asked for assistance. The cashier attempted to resolve the issue by overriding the prices. At this point, a loss prevention employee intervened in a highly unprofessional manner. She repeatedly ran back and forth between the clothing department and the register, loudly inserting herself into the situation, instructing the cashier, and ultimately insisting I was wrong—without ever taking the time to listen to what I was explaining or examine the tags properly. She escalated the situation unnecessarily by involving a manager while making accusations that implied I was being dishonest or attempting theft. This was done publicly, in front of other customers, and was both humiliating and completely unjustified. Neither the loss prevention employee nor the manager took the time to hear my explanation before forming conclusions. Due to how I was treated, I chose not to purchase any of the items and left the store feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Ironically, I later ordered the exact same clothing items online and received them at the correct markdown price—confirming that I was not wrong. I am a frequent Walmart shopper and spend hundreds of dollars each month at your stores. However, after being publicly humiliated and wrongly accused, I refuse to return to this location. I sincerely hope this message is reviewed so that staff and management understand the seriousness of how this situation was mishandled and so that no other customer experiences something similar.
