Customer service in this store is an absolute travesty. I spoke to the store manager a few days ago. He’s new in the store, and they’ve had a negative culture for years. The manager was polite and very concerned about the poor customer service I received from Carson at the gun counter. After waiting more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged, I suggested to the associates (Carson) that it really doesn’t take much. “I’ll be right with you,” or “hello, sir…be with you in just a moment” would go along way. In the most crude way, Carson told me he had other things to do and that he was trying to put away a shipment that had come in on a truck. Pathetic. I was back there today. A different associate at the gun counter never looked up from his phone, and never acknowledged my presence. Good luck getting any hep in this store, especially at the gun counter.

The shopping experience and respect from employees walks the academy in cool springs any day. At this academy all the workers are focused on actual tasks, but still will be very respectful and relatable if you converse with them. The academy in cool springs tho is almost a nightmare with everyone in staff. The customers were also very friendly very likable environment.
