It's good for the day. If the range is busy, you might be asked to swap out every 75 minutes.

I am bringing my family to the gun range. Most all of them are first timers. We are a group of 10 people. We would like to shoot for a few hours. We will rent the guns. What would you recommend in terms of timing and number of lanes?

Call and ask, but also ask what their current age restriction is. My son was turned away twice. When he reached 10 years old they changed the policy to 12 years min. and it was not updated on the website. They only changed it once I posted a 1 star review and could not refute any of my points.

I would recommend calling then and asking but it all depends on if you have your own wepond/ammo or if your renting and number of stalls your getting are you sharing or getting separate

What ammo is/isn't allowed on your  ranges?

the only ammo that is not allowed is steel core bullets and aluminum cased bullets. everything else like brass, steel and nickel plated cased bullets are allowed. also if shooting a shotgun the only ammo allowed are 00 buck shot and slugs, no bird or game loads.
