This place is terrible. I called to see if they had night vision, he says "yes, come on over" I say I'm 25m out. iN TRAFFIC! I get all the way there and this jerk says he took the battery out because it get corrosion and wants me to pay him $500 for something he won't even let me try. Now to drive 30m back. For nothing. What a crappy way to waste someone's time and gas. Absolutely rediculous. I would give no stars what so ever. Jerk. I hope people be u and waste all you time and gas.

Just picked up my Glock 30 Gen 5 from Crystal Pawn and the experience was smooth from start to finish. When I arrived, the owner was there handling everything himself — super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and treats customers well. I have my License to Carry, I was charged the standard $40 transfer fee, which I was aware of from the start. The shop was clean, well-organized, and the entire process was fast and efficient.
