Beware, do not buy bows, guns, crossbows or anything else from this location. We found a damaged crossbow on the wall that had damaged limbs ready to explode on the first pull, we both bought a crossbow each and his string snapped literally on the drive home. The one I got had a cracked limb as soon as I pulled it back to sight it in. They're selling time bombs and will not give you your money back even if it's the next day. He also bought a rifle earlier in the month that required repair before he could even shoot it. Fortunately, they're shoddy sales contract shouldn't prove to be too big an issue for litigation in small claims court. They're willingly allowing people to put themselves in danger to make money.

Good morning, My name Camerom, and I pawned several items at your Livingston, Texas location in May 2025. I was a few days late on the grace period but came in shortly after and completed a buyback for all my items, under the understanding that I would receive everything I originally pawned. When I came to pick up my items on October 16, 2025, I discovered that two things were missing: The Apple laptop charger that originally came with my laptop. The original controllers for my Oculus 3 headset (I was given a random pair that worked, but they were not my originals). No one ever informed me that my Apple charger had been thrown away. I only learned this when I came to pick up my items. While I was there, a heavy-set lady contacted the district manager, who stated that the store would replace the charger if I could find one at Walmart or Amazon. Since my laptop and charger are both Apple products, I expect a genuine Apple charger, not a cheaper aftermarket one that could damage my computer. On October 17th, I returned to the store with the price of a new Apple charger and cord directly from Apple. The manager (short redheaded woman who previously contacted the district manager) told me the store would not replace anything over $30. I called the police to report the charger as stolen but allowed them to leave after being told the manager would contact me within two days with an update or replacement. It has now been over two and a half weeks, and I have received no call and no replacement. Furthermore, the excuse that because the buyback occurred the items became store property — and therefore the store has no obligation to replace missing components — is misleading and deceptive. When I buy back my property or make any purchase from your store, I am under the reasonable assumption that all the original components are included. When I completed my buyback, the laptop and controllers were still there together. To put it simply, this situation is equivalent to selling a car without the keys and claiming no responsibility because it was once your property. That is a deceptive trade practice, and it misleads customers into thinking they are getting back what they originally owned. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating the matter to the following agencies: Texas Attorney General’s Office Texas Weights and Measures Department The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) The Better Business Bureau (BBB) The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) I am requesting a straightforward resolution — a genuine Apple charger equivalent to the one that was lost while in your store’s possession. I will continue to exculpate things evening further if need be
