Just go somewhere else. If you go down 183 a bit more and exit Lancaster there is an excellent range that isn't a complete joke about random rules and wasting your time.

Despite being legally able to possess a long gun under 18 they will not allow you to shoot.

A minor (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult. Additionally, they like for minors to be taller than 48 inches to use the range. (The shooting line has shelves 48 inches off the floor)

Yep. Took my 8 year old. If you're with a minor you cannot RENT a handgun, but you CAN rent a rifle. If it's your gear, that's your business.

Since legally you have to be 18+ to buy shotguns and long guns and then 21 for handguns, I bet they follow those laws for handling them as well. Most businesses do

On the 25 yard rifle range, will they permit me to fire my Barrett M99 .50 BMG rifle? I have .50 BMG cartridges that are loaded with jacketed/lead core or jacketed/steel core sptizers, as well as some that are loaded with AP bullets.

I would highly recommend you to get the membership. 
There is 3 levels 29, 50 and 60.
I have the 50 and its super worth it.

Easier to cancel? I have been trying for almost 6 months to cancel my monthly membership. The web site won't let me cancel it, so I went to one of their ranges. Was told I have to do it online! I finally got someone to assist me and they confirmed it was cancelled. Then I got billed again 30 days later. Today will be the 4th time I go in person to cancel.

Per asking, their response it they prefer you wear a mask however, if it becomes a safety issue with visibility while shooting the Safety officers are pretty understanding.
