@Dolores I work from home as an Academy Agent. All the store numbers are automated: press 1 for footwear, etc. Press 9 or 0 to speak to store personnel. Someone SHOULD answer; 😳😳🤣 I will say on occasion the call will disconnect. Don't give up, Keep trying 😌
