8/2025 Great Shopping Experience at Academy Academy is always a reliable place to shop for sports, outdoor, and everyday gear. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked with a wide selection. Staff were friendly and helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Checkout was quick and easy, making the whole experience smooth. A great stop for quality products at good prices. The Academy in Bulverde is fantastic! The store is clean, well-maintained, and organized for easy browsing. They offer a nice selection for everyone in the family at a great value.

Probably the most incompetent staff I’ve ever had to deal with. You have to call multiple times to even get someone on the phone. I ordered shoes for my kid and they said the order was canceled, I never canceled my order! Management is completely incompetent. They even sent me a text saying my package was ready for pick up.
