I ordered a rifle 2 weeks ago off their website and now I get no response via email and they won't answer the phone. Are they still in business?

I've been waiting for 12 months now for a suppressor to come in. How long of a wait time is everyone experiencing
Answer: 12 months at the time of this answer is normal waiting period for a tax stamp to come in.
