I’ll leave you all with a fair warning for those that chose to check the reviews. I’ve been here several times and get treated like a customer. Most of the time I’m browsing looking for stuff I need. This last time I came in and made a big $500 purchase on a game for my daughter that she deserved. When I took it home it didn’t play HD High resolution games it was supposed play. It only did the old gen games. I took the ps5 to a repair shop and the cost to fix totals the amount of a PlayStation pro. I’ll take it as a lesson learned. It’s a strict place made to only take money, on the basis that I purchased the ps5, and that they only give in-store credit on the returns, they did offer to give a console at a higher price but the “disc drive was disconnected” I feel this whole things falls under the category of a scam. Bad business for me. I came in and received my promised console swap. Connect the console to the internet yourself and play a game for real. If they don’t have the patience for you to do your due diligence just ask and they’ll let you.

Went in and the staff was super cool and friendly. Helped me pick out a ring for my wife to surprise her. Didn’t mind me looking at multiple different options. They know how to make you feel welcomed!! Will come back regularly.
