She special ordered and custom fitted everything exactly the way I wanted, and the end result came out perfect. Johnette was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly, patient, and personable throughout the whole process. She took the time to walk me through my options, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. Her customer service is outstanding. Even though I don’t know a ton about guns, she made everything easy to understand. The laser work and Cerakote finish were done beautifully—and surprisingly fast!
