20251112 First time here because DoD employees can shop here now. I was greeted by James who checks ID and ensured accompanied visitors are signed in. He was so nice and informative. The employees I encountered were all so nice! My first impression of the commissary is that it reminded me of nice department store like Macy's, Belks, and Nordstrom. This commissary carries cosmetics and gift items like Clinique, non-returnable used luxury brand bags/purses, new designer bags like Coach amd Kate Spade, various name brand clothing like The North Face, and shoes like HOKA, toys, liquor, and military/department merchandise like DHS Yeti mugs. The prices are high, but can be slightly cheaper. With the % discount on most items, the price can be lower. Their HOKA selection was disappointing because the color was mostly a lighter or white in all the models. If that is what you want, then it is worth getting them here because they have them with 20% off, or 30% off if a bigger sale is running. The store is very clean and organized. There is a clearance section in the back, and if you can find something, items a great deal! We didn't buy anything. Therefore, we didn't interact with customer service or any cashiers.

This is a good store for shopping if you are an eligible customer. They have a wide of items to select from and the price (plus no tax) makes it worth the drive! the store is welcoming and well organized. Customer service is very good as well. Every time I visit this store, I end up spending way more time and $$$ here!
