We did the sporting clays course in the woods with Don. He was very knowledgeable and patient and a good instructor for me and my daughter, who are novices. My husband is more experienced and the course had something fun for each of us. Also, we loved meeting Don’s puppy, Josie, who is a Very Good Girl.
Excellent, welcoming and knowledgeable staff/trappers. Just really nice folks that want to make your experience a great one. Open to all skill levels, the sporting clays course is excellent and a lot of fun even if you've never done it before. They have everything you need, just make a reservation. The Shooting Club is a gem at The Homestead.
