If you’re looking to pay nearly a 50% markup on ammo and be treated poorly, this is the place. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst range experiences I’ve ever had. I grew up shooting bolt-action rifles and HK-style platforms. I asked to rent a 9mm AR because I was genuinely interested in learning how it worked before potentially purchasing one. The staff refused to answer even basic questions about the rental firearm and ultimately would not allow me to rent it at all. If the purpose of rental firearms is to let customers try something new before buying, that goal is completely missed here. Customer service was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the visit. On top of that, the Ruger RXM I rented was extremely dirty and malfunctioned constantly, stovepiping roughly every five rounds. That’s unacceptable for a rental firearm and a serious safety and maintenance concern. If you want a range where staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional—and where ammo pricing isn’t a blatant rip-off—save your money and go somewhere else, like Silver Eagle Group, where the experience is far more welcoming and customer-focused. Overall, poor service, overpriced ammo, poorly maintained rentals, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend staying away.

One of the best gun shops and ranges to go to in NOVA, if they don't know the answer to a question, they don't try and BS ya, they find out for you, not just for you, but because they want to know as well. I have ordered over 6 guns to be picked up there and purchased two from them. The process was simple. Need a suppressor, those are the folks to go to was quick, easy, and I had it the next day. The range is staffed with a range officer and is kept clean. Shooting is a pleasant experience; the wind kept pushing my groupings a little to the left lol
