Walmart Supercenter Martinsville - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Just had a walmart order delivered to my house and pulled this out of the bag. HOW does this get missed?? I could tell before I took it out of the bag something was wrong because the container looked half empty....because the greens had turned into soup that bad. How do produce employees and online order pickers miss this?? It wasn't even expired and it was that bad. If you shop the fresh guac/salsa area in produce then LOOK AT THE DATES. I sort through the expired and the good every time and then I place the expired off to the side. Its that consistent of an issue and for a long time now. I worked 12 years in a big grocery store, this is just laziness, they're not rotating their product and its gross because most customers will trust the product is good (like they should be able to) and not check the dates. Those shelves dont hold a lot, its nothing to rotate that product and I can say that from experience. Produce can be a trying department to work but you're going lazy on the easy parts to stock, makes you wonder how badly the more time consuming products are being handled.

A poorly managed Walmart that is incredibly understaffed in multiple departments across the store. Customer service becomes poor due to long wait times in check out lines, online pick-up, and when requesting for employee assistance. Management needs to prioritize having enough people on the floor to keep things running efficiently. Smh
