I made an appointment to get washing machine fixed for Dec 3 today. Called to confirm about approximate time . Talked to some guy and he stated he knew nothing about it. They could come possibly Friday. I stated that it would have been nice if someone could have called about delay. Said person responded that it would have been nice if someone had come to work today. Very rude. At first I said okay to Friday and the I asked if they had the part. Stated that he knew nothing about the part and he was the one going to do the repair. Again very obnoxious and rude . In a nut shell very bad customer service. I told him to forget I would just buy a new machine. Stated okay bye. First time I have had any dealings with store, and my thought process was keeping business with locals. Hope his attitude changes for next customer.
