As a long time customer I love this place even after the change of ownership and some new store policy’s. They still have worked with me on loans and purchasing some items. They have always treated me fairly, and I greatly appreciate all the staff willing to work with me. I also had Bill service a Guitar I’ve had since childhood and was in disrepair for the last 10+ years. He brought it back to life with a full set up, and some electronic repairs and mods. The price was fair and I’m super happy to be able to play my old Ibanez again. Above all that it’s just a cool shop to check out and see what new items they have. Thanks Bears , BB

Bought my first guitar here after visiting several other used instrument shops around the area. Bear’s by far had the best selection ranging from nice ~$100 setups to awesome several hundred dollar setups. The staff was very helpful and friendly in getting this newbie squared away.
