I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not transparent. They are secretive and wont tell you anything even when they have possession of your moms credit cards and a charge shows up and they decide to cancel the card without any explanation or documentation let alone permission. Than they overstep their role that they refused to do even though they said they would as a healthcare poa. And make the soon to be new poa rescinded themselves. So much shady stuff going on and they refuse to discuss it. They only care about taking money with no records.

Profiducia is the worst. They were chosen by a family member to manage a house trust, because that family member realized she could get her way with them. Which is exactly what happened Profiducia has gone against the written Final Will and Testament and specific set up instructions of the Trust to serve their own needs, and have, on multiple occasions, wrongfully accused my other family members of violating the terms of the Trust, or causing trouble. Profiducia has their own agenda. Do NOT use them. They don’t know how to run a vending machine, let alone a company that oversees millions of dollars.
