Big 5 Sporting Goods SILVERDALE - Hours, Reviews & Deals

We came in late because we were actually going to the restaurant next door when we saw the discount signs in the window. They told us they were closing soon and we told them we understood and just wanted to look around. A few minutes before closing, we had a few items in our arms that we wanted to buy, when an associate named “Stephen” came up to us and told us “you have to get out.” Not that we had to wrap it up and get ready to check out, but specifically that we had to “get out” in the most hostile tone possible. I’m not sure who is in charge of the store, but needless to say we will not be returning.

I went into Big Five in Silverdale yesterday and was greeted by Nate. This guy is the man. He asked if I needed any help finding anything and I let him know that I was looking to get a hunting license. He said that he was happy to help me with that and despite the Washington system having some technical difficulties, he worked through it and was able to get me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. In this age where customer service is hardly taught and found, it was refreshing to talk with someone who was truly great at helping customers. PAY THIS DUDE MORE!!!
