First time to visit this particular store. It was much cleaner than others I have been to. Wider isles made it easier to maneuver the cart. I was focused on just getting frozen food this day and didn't get around the whole store. It was a good trip and I will want to shop here again if at all possible in the future.

I’ve been shopping at this Walmart almost every week for nearly two years, and the decline in service is unbelievable. The beauty department is a nightmare. You have to wait at least 15 minutes, sometimes longer, just to get help, and when someone finally shows up, they often act annoyed or unwilling to assist. There are a few good employees, but they are the minority The self-checkout is practically unusable. The system rarely reads your card on the first try, so you end up wasting time trying to pay multiple times. It’s frustrating and inefficient every single visit. The worst experience was the hot food area. There was no one attending at all. We were told someone would arrive in 15 minutes, but we waited over 30 minutes. We asked at least four different employees, and still nothing. When we finally spoke to a supervisor, their explanation was that they were short-staffed because employees had to take their breaks. That excuse is pathetic a company this large, with hundreds of billions in revenue, should never leave customers completely ignored. They should at least put up a sign or inform customers when there’s no staff available.
