They seem like a great bunch of folks. I used this shop for an online purchase that was shipped in for an FFL transfer, and the process was super easy. The staff were efficient and down-to-earth. They handled the paperwork quickly, explained what I needed to do, and got me squared away without any hassle.

Discovered my 7mm prc ammunition (Hornady) didn’t fit correctly in my new rifle (bullet got stuck in the chamber). I removed the bolt from the gun and went to fox valley firearms on my lunch break the next day. Nate helped me remove the stuck cartridge, quickly inspected my firearm, helped me understand that the chamber wasn’t machined properly. Furthermore, he checked my gun with “go and no/go” gauge bullets. This whole process took 25 minutes. Ultimately, he provided the troubleshooting knowledge to help me speak with the gun manufacturer and get a full warranty. Nate didn’t charge me a dime for any of this, but his expertise saved me a lot of money. All my future gun business is going straight to fox valley firearms. Thanks Nate!
