Visited your Appleton store this week and got excellent service/guidance from Josiah Bobier in your Fishing Department on marine electronics. Josiah did a great job in matching my needs to Scheels product offering, confirming what I had thought I needed and then saving me some money on components that I didn't need. Terrific product knowledge and well communicated.

This was the greatest experience. We ran in to find what we needed real quick. Every single worker we passed said hello, hi or are you finding everything alright. Super helpful. And this store has everything. We made it to the cash register, we thought this item was on sale it was not, but she instantly called her manager to check and make sure. Got an answer right away, no running to find the manager, or saying they weren’t there. So impressed with this service.
