Walmart Supercenter LADYSMITH - Hours, Reviews & Deals

This is just your typical Walmart. Used to be the BEST Walmart, until they decided to remodel and become like all the other stores. Took away additional food options and now stock mostly large sizes in a community of lots of elderly who don't need the quantity and don't have the budget. Only redeeming quality are the people who work there. That speaks louder to the community than the store. Manager is not a pleasant guy.

This is a place we only shop if we really need to. There's one girl at the service desk who is always the absolute worst to deal with. I wanted to do an exchange and she told me they don't do exchanges anymore and gave me a gift card. Another time we came in for something else and she assumed we were with another person, despite the gap between us and coming up at different times. She stood at the other register and stared at us. Didn't say a word. I finally said can you help us or? She just straight faced us and said she thought we were with the other person. We had stood there over 5mins, never speaking to the other person or acknowledging them. Why is "K" even at the service desk if her attitude is so nasty? The other woman is absolutely wonderful every time. Shopping is always difficult, between employees cutting you off and staring at you like youre stealing. Hard to believe grown adults act in such a way here.
