Horrible owners! They don’t care about the customer. Cares about your money and nothing else. Don’t rent storages here. They leak super bad. Had to throw away 1080lbs of our belongings due to water damage. Her response “call a lawyer”

Be aware, they don’t allow you to carry diaper bags around the store. First time going there and will definitely be our last. I completely understand not allowing bags for theft reasons but the guy that approached us was just rude and gave off the wrong vibes. He took our bag to customer service and while we were checking out the older lady that gave us our bag was sarcastic and said “never know, you could of needed that” after seeing that our son was sleeping in his car seat. I understand not everyone brings in diaper bags for quick store runs but as new parents we like to just in case. Reading previous reviews it sounds like corporate needs to come in and make workers take a customer service class🤷‍♀️
