I really had high hopes about this location, especially since we had such great email communication. Unfortunately, the in person meeting left me short of my goal and in the market for a better offer. The good news is I found it at the Northwest Armory in Scottsdale. Didn't even have to play the "Do you have the boxes?paperwork? and here's a RANGE of what I can offer you. Then, lower the good condition offer once you show up to the store. Jeff cut to the chase. Explained the exact market and didn't play the "what they're selling for game with me" (on lowball.com). Take the 30 extra min to drive up and see him. We'll worth it, I promise you. .......And the Response . Putting my personal name out there. Which he didn't know when I walked in the store. Also did not mention he WOULD give 750 with those items in good condition. Very deceptive Response! He Sat down looked at the computer then low balled the initial number. Didn't EVEN tell me what condition my guns were in 😕 . As I stated early his final email offer does not match his in store offer and it looks like in the name of "giving context" he will even put your name and personal email communications out there. Be careful folks!and the abuse continues on...now adding my last name and admitting he is retaliating because of his inability to control his emotions and handle feedback from his customers. I'm sure yall can't wait to shop with this business owner. Go anywhere else even if its for 1 dollar if this is how you will be treated.
