Never think if you're Appointment is ever going to be on time I always have to wait 30 to 60 minutes past my appointment time!

When I had my first appointment with Dr. Shin, the waiting room was full. Took awhile for me to see the doctor, so I thought it would probably be a quick discussion of the procedure. I could not have been more wrong, thank God. I was his last appointment for the day, so I thought it would be quick as he probably was anxious to leave the office for the day. I have had more than my share of surgeries in the past and this doctor is at the top of the list for thoroughly and patiently answering all my questions and concerns. No other surgeon has been more detailed and comprehensive in explaining the upcoming surgery. Wrong again, he treated me like I was the most important patient he had ever seen. He treated me with kindness, patience, and answered all my concerns in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. Most importantly I was confident that he is an amazing doctor who really cared about his patients and was an excellent surgeon. My follow up appointment--same outcome. This doctor should be offering classes for other surgeons regarding providing the patient receiving a full explanation of what to expect before and after surgery.
