You return policy is joke, you take all of my information so you can track every transaction I make, but if I return with no receipt, I’m made to feel guilty that I didn’t have the receipt and required to remember exactly when I purchased it and from which cash register I was served from, just so the manager can go to the back room and pull all the receipts from that date and that register, just to search for an eight dollar receipt, instead of given the customer a little bit of trust when he returns an unopened spool of line. And the attitude and disgust from the shop assistant just made it all feel so much worse than it should’ve been. Thank you for the military discount up to this point, but I will no longer shop in your store.
