Inventory at this location is double what cortez store has and self checkout always has a nice amt of card and cash registers and moves fairly quickly. Also unlike cortez store who all a sudden has no self checkout which wd be fine if your cashiers wd show effort to expedite not create backups like I-75

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Today the manager at this store (August Friday 22nd around 6:30pm) implied I was lying when I requested for my receipt after returning one item out of three, one of those items being an electronic item and I will not accept store credit if it should have to be returned. They took the receipt, threw it away and then told me there was only one item on the receipt, the item that was returned. This is false. There was three items, filter, oil and Nintendo headset. We returned the filter. He refused to even let me pull the receipt out of the top of the trash to prove to him all three items were on that receipt so that I could get a new copy without the filter on it. The employee in Auto who threw the receipt away could have very easily done his job and instead said to me “why would I do extra work.” Your employees are rude and lazy and I’m pretty confidant I can say we were profiled as we appear homeless and are not. Get better employees. I have provided an image as proof I paid for the head set I wanted the receipt for. Clearly unopened and in the walmart bag I carried it out of the store in.
