Kristie, the bakery chef at Walmart in Lakewood Ranch , has made me two custom cakes in the past two weeks—and both were absolutely amazing! She stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and even went above and beyond to make the cakes more beautiful, always asking for my approval first. Her talent is incredible—the cakes looked and tasted like they came from a high-end bakery crafted by a famous chef. Kristie, you are truly amazing, and Walmart is so lucky to have an artist like you on their team. Thank you!

Prepaid SIM/refill issue + unclear return guidance I bought an AT&T Prepaid SIM kit ($5) and a $30 refill card at Walmart. Before paying, I went to Customer Service and asked if I could return it if I could not activate the SIM. I was told yes. That same night I tried to activate the SIM on two phones (a Xiaomi and an iPhone). I tried multiple activation methods, but the activation system would not accept the IMEI, so I could not complete activation. The next day I returned to the store and asked for a refund, at least for the $30 refill card (it was unused and not scratched). I was told Walmart could not refund it and that I needed to contact AT&T instead. The staff and manager were not helpful and the communication was inconsistent with what I was told before checkout. I’m leaving this review to warn others: if you buy prepaid SIMs/refill cards here, be aware that activation problems may happen and the return process may not be straightforward. Walmart should give clearer information at checkout and Customer Service should provide consistent guidance.
