Just bought a used Magnum Research Desert Eagle .44 Magnum for $1,700. Little did I know the gun was flawed and the ejection claw isn't working causing the gun to jam up. I have only successfully shot like 12 rounds out of the gun since I purchased it as its Not ejecting spent shells causing a major issue with firing. its not my handling of it or stance its all correct as I had another experience shooter try it with the same issue. So I went to speak to Chris the proprietor and he basically told me your on your own. Pretty shocked that his policy is zero support for used hand guns considering this being a highly costly hand gun such as this and no level of standing behind what you sell exists. No recommendation for a gun smith or how to trouble shoot the issue. He just had the attitude of not my problem. So this is my first and last purchase from this dealer who appears to be customer dicentric. Remember if you buy a used gun from this dealer your on your own. Extremely disappointed and upset with this response. I realize that in Florida there is no limited time warranty with used guns however at this price? The fact that I bought it from a licensed dealer because I thought he would take it in and send it out to his gun smith to look it over. Just nothing, zero solution. The only reason I get 4 instead of 5 is the price they seem the mark of about a $100 more than what you can find online, but I understand you have to make profit other than that, their selection is great. Their knowledge is great and they have a wide variety to choose from, if you don't see it in the store. They most likely have it in their warehouse which you can shop and see via their website
