How much is it cost to shot there with my gun?

$15 per person, I think Friday is ladies day,  bring a lady  ( any age ) it's half price, bring your own ammo ( non steel core ) and target for that price or you can purchase targets there from like .75 cents and up and also purchase ammo if you need to,  a great place to go practice shooting, I give it 5 star's ......

My son and I was there Thursday for Military day. We were there for 2 hours, and bought 4 targets. It cost us 19 dollars. We had our own ammo.

Can you get permits after taking classes

You would get a Certificate that you then take to the Agriculture Dept. to apply for your CWP.

The classes at Oak Ridge Gun Range are recognized by the state of Florida as approved training.  As stated above, you will still need to take it to the Dept of Agriculture to obtain a CCW.

If I want to try out some rentals, do I pay a single rental fee and try as many pistols and rifles as I want? Or is there a fee to switch weapons?

single rental fee 20dollars and you can switch as many as possible. one thing is, you have to use their ammo for rentals.

That is a very good question. I have no idea, but your best bet is to call and ask and hopefully you'll hear them over the gunfire. Sorry! I have only rented one at a time as I already have my own pistol.

If I wanted to rent some guns how much ball park would it be and do i need any sort of permit to shoot

You sure can rent some guns.  The team there is very helpful.  They have some handguns and some rifles.  I think between 30 and 50 dollars you can get a good outing at their indoor range.  Take a friend because if you're new they don't like to send you on the range on your own.  If you can't or don't have a friend call and schedule some training.  They teach and basic firearms class.  And no you don't need a permit to just shoot and try out some guns.

Can I sight a rifle (270 win) for 100 yds here?

The rifle range is 25 yards in length. You can sight in a rifle here to 100 yards using targets that simulate the rise/drop. For a true zero we recommend shooting at the appropriate distance.

You would need to have someone age 21 or older with you to rent but if you have your own guns there is no issue with you shooting.  State law requires no handgun ammunition sales to anyone under 21.
