Ammunition Depot KISSIMMEE - Hours, Reviews & Deals

I've ordered from Ammunition Depot a number of times. Generally the orders are uneventful meaning I get what I ordered and just use it. This in and of itself is good; however, what deserves extra mention is what happens when you have a problem. I have received some ammo that behaved questionably two different times (different brands) and both times the customer service staff prompty replied to my queries and provides prepaid address labels for a return and credit for the unused ammo. Sometimes product doesn't work which is understandable and it is great to know the company stands behind what they sell and is quick to resolve issues. A++ on the customer experience.

Update: 01/27/26 - 2:39 PM (MST) I am leaving my original review; it was only 3 stars, I have changed it to 5 stars, and the review is below the long line after this update. Here is why! On 01/27/26, early, around 10:00 AM my time, I received a call and it was from Ammunition Depot in response to my review and less than 5-star rating. Bottom Line, Ammunition Depot actually read my review, looked at my invoice, I believe they went through the order process as I did and concurred with my comments and cared enough to personally contact me, saying they went through the calculations and determined that (my paraphrasing here) one of their add-on dollar amounts must have been turned, maybe (I'm 81) I even caused it to turn on, to add additional amount to my original purchase. They have already run through a credit on my invoice and back to my credit card, they are reviewing their presentation (again my paraphrasing) of the invoice and making sure the add-ons have to be selected by the customer and a clearer presentation of the charges. I'm impressed, I have been with them for years, all my ammo, targets, and ancillary products have been top notch and this (technical glitch - my assessment) was put under the microscope and is fixed. I worked and retired from the IT world after 41 years, I do understand how something can be just fine and one thing can trigger a negative result. Ammunition Depot pays attention to what we say and do, and they act on it when necessary. In this day and age, this kind of customer service and response is deserving of 5 full stars. Otto ----------------------------------------------------------- I have had pleasant experiences with Ammunition Depot until my last order of .45 bulk ammo. I added to my cart, said I wanted to go to cart and purchase. I told me the price, then the subtotal, then showed a discount coupon, tax and the total $468.10. Then I remember it being just a bit over $500.00, which I attributed to delivery costs. I purchased, then received my email confirmation and low and behold my price went to $519.39. I looked at the invoice and just after-Tax amount it showed Shipping & Handling $51.29. I remember something like $30. for shipping, it all of a sudden went from $500. to $519, for shipping and handling. I believe they misrepresented the total cost and added additional expense, and I did not see they had changed and upped the shipping to also include handling. Beware of what you are looking at and make sure when it says total, it is in fact a total. First time this has happened and I have been their customer since I believe 2016. They, in my humble opinion, were subversive on showing the $449.99 price and added mystery charges that showed up magically after I committed to the purchase. First time, I have felt misled by them.
