The Walmart located in Wesley Chapel continues to allow pets, clearly not service animals or emotional support animals—into all areas of the store, including the grocery section. This is a direct violation of Florida Health Department regulations and presents a serious public health and safety concern. Over the past few months, the situation has worsened. I've personally witnessed larger and potentially dangerous breeds, including pit bulls and Rottweilers, inside the store. Most recently, I observed a dog riding in a shopping cart, licking packaged food items, barking constantly, and even urinating on the floor, none of which the owners cleaned up. The behavior disturbed customers and clearly violated basic sanitation standards. This is not a complaint against animals, but against the store’s negligence in enforcing state health regulations and its failure to protect shoppers. If any of these unauthorized animals were to bite or injure me or my child, it would be grounds for a serious lawsuit—and Walmart would be liable. It is the store's responsibility to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant shopping environment. I urge corporate leadership to investigate this matter and enforce proper policy regarding animals in the store, before someone gets seriously hurt or a health violation is issued.

I was in the electronics section around 9:50 p.m. looking at earbuds and waited about 20 minutes for assistance. When I finally saw an associate, I asked for help unlocking them, but she told me electronics closes at 10 p.m. I explained I had been waiting since 9:50 and that the store doesn’t close until 11, but she just said “sorry” and walked away. It’s disappointing to see this kind of customer service — I ended up ordering the same item on Amazon instead.
