Robbie provided excellent customer service from afar when I had questions about shipping a firearm that was in the possession of my partner’s former in-law in Blairsville. Robbie’s keen eye helped him realize the magazines had been removed from the case and he took it upon himself to arrange for purchase of the firearm so we didn’t have to do anything further with it since it wasn’t fully intact. Non caring rude front desk employees on the pharmacy side who could also be heard talking about someone who came in. I left after dealing with 2 rude and dismissive people and went to Walgreens directly across the street. Every person I came in contact at Walgreens, was kind. It’s clear that brasstown pharmacy doesn’t care about the people who pad their pockets, but only the money they pad them with. Save yourself the hassle, go to Walgreens.
