I will give this place the benefit of the doubt despite having my 1st experience being somewhat negative, I walked in looking to buy a firearm for the first time and they were pretty busy at the time as well, but I was not even acknowledged by the staff working at the time. So I left and went down the road to Warrior Arms which was a much more positive experience. I am not opposed to giving them a second chance and I understand that things get busy. Their selection is very good though, far better than WA.

Bought a BRAND new Schofield 45 lc, fired 1 time, had cycling issues. I took it back and today they told me it would be 18 weeks before I could get it back. Bought a BRAND new 10 mm and a primal suppressor...together they are not shootable the suppressor shoots fire into your face. My doctor and lawyer said never shoot it again. They have my money and my guns. Poor customer service, yes they are nice. At the end of the day I lost money and have no guns.
