As someone who works in customer service I hate to say it, but the customer service here has been disappointing on numerous occasions. Today I returned a fragrance kit. I didn’t think I would have any issue since it was a refundable item and I had the receipt. However, the cashier kept accusing me of using the perfumes and unsealing the package. It was a gift for someone, I hadn’t opened it, all the other ones on the shelf look the same way. It was just very strange because if they don’t know their own products they shouldn’t make such accusations. They also asked me multiple times why I was returning them. Thankfully she called over an associate from the fragrance department to confirm they were unopened and let me continue with the return.

PX Advertises ALWAYS 20% less than MSRP ( MANUFACTURERS) suggested price. That is not what is showing on the Underarmour shoes- you are asking 120 (above by 20 dollars) MSRP. That's false advertising. While they did correct the issue after I went back for my daughters shoes, the rest were left on the shelf. This may be an issue with other shoes
