Walmart Supercenter JUNCTION CITY - Hours, Reviews & Deals

This is my first visit to a Walmart, and I was surprised to find the parking lot uncleared and employees shoveling snow. For a company of this size, I would expect stronger measures to ensure the safety of both customers and staff.

Had a tire appt for 9am. Tires were ordered online, at the store. Installation fees were also paid for online. Showed up at 8:45, one car in the bay. Checked in, my car went back at 9:06. Car was ready at 1132. When I checked in, I stated I wanted all four old tires back. Got to my SUV and drove off and looked back, no tires. I had to go back and get my still decent old tires. My wife ordered and scheduled a grocery order pickup so we could pickup after the tire appt. She requested 9-10 time. She received the details that our order was ready as we were waiting on our 2 1/2 tire change. We get to spot “11” call. Waiting about 20 minutes, she receives a call stating her order isn’t ready, they forgot to get one item. Informed us it would be few minutes. Finally, Im leaving Walmart at 12:20pm from a 0900 tire appointment and online grocery order that was submitted 20 hrs in advance, with a 9-10 pickup time, a text at 08:47am stating the groceries were ready. Management you got some work to do!! Start holding people accountable instead of holding their hands! Down right ridiculous!
